First one that comes to mind is "you talkin' to me?"

Well for incoming text messages, "Mail Motherfucker" from Eurotrip would be perfect.

I'd actaully use the quote from Jay and silent bob strike back

"Brodie: Oh my God. Don't tell me you have no idea there's a movie being made of the comic you two were the basis for.
Jay: What? Since when?
Brodie: See, here's the pulse. And this is your finger, far away from the pulse, jammed straight up your ass. Say, would you like a chocolate covered pretzel?

after losing signal, "we get signal."

and for turning the phone on, "mainscreen turn on."

Ringtones in general are pretty annoying to me, but I'd love to secretly put some really weird/random ones on someone else's phone as a practical joke and have it come on very loudly in a really crowded place. Here are just a few:

"I like them French fried potaters" mmm hmm

"Hello, Clarice." (or "I can smell your ****" ok maybe not) or of course...

"Put the fucking lotion in the basket!!"

"It's aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Do you know what she did?" (The Exorcist has many other even more inappropriate ones )

"Man, who do I look like, Christopher Columbo?" (from Vacation...i love the way that guy says that line)

"Get your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!!"

"You know they say you can tell from looking at the mother what your wife will look like in the future - well, I'm a-looking, and I'm a-LIKIN'!"

"Your uncle molests collies."

"I knew it. I'm surrounded by assholes!"

"I fart in your general direction."
