I know. It wasn't meant to be malicious just humorous. I was amazed myself when I was reading my response from 12 years ago. Everything on the internet really is permanent.

If you're between the ages of 15-55 and are living after 2005, there is no reason to use a ringtone. Your device should be on silent or vibrate, period.

This. Everytime I hear someone's ringtone in a store it's either a Family Guy quote, a Minion noise, or a lightsaber sound. Hearing people's stupid ringtones is my equivalent of nails on a chalkboard.

^ I have a handful of various ringtones set for certain people so I know to answer or not or who the text is from. I don't feel it vibrate all the time when it's in my pant cellphone pocket. I also have therm set up as my morning alarms. A different one every 15 minutes for 1 hour, so I can tell which quarter hour I am in without looking.

I refuse to use spoken ones though.
