Our High School Graduation Mass is on the same night as Episode III.

Sorry Jesus, but I've been waiting many years for this film.

As cool as it would be to see the movie early, I don't think I'd want to see this film in a roomful of press (unless it's DVDTalk press )

And yes, I'll be there midnight.

I go to most movies alone.

Not this one. This is too much of an event -- the last Star Wars movie ever.

So I called up my college buddy Mitch in Dayton. We're going to see it together on the Saturday of opening weekend. I'm driving up there the afternoon before. 275 miles one way, just to see the last Star Wars movie with a friend. That's how big this is.

Not even Jesus comes between a man and his lightsaber action!

Midnight show all the way. If anyone happens to be out in the Berkshires, feel free to meet up at the Lanesboro Mall.

I think to some people around here, seeing the film a full two weeks early is worth the pain of having to sit with the stuffy press.

Probably be a weekend matinee show for me. Only convenient theater for me seems to draw more drunk/stoned college kids than fans to its midnight shows. When I see it for the first time I'd rather not be surrounded by punk kids giggling at all the wrong parts.

I'm going to a midnight showing. It was actually my wife's idea. I already have 10 tickets to a Saturday show to go with some friends, but my wife said... "you know, it would kick ass to go to the midnight show for the last star wars film ever", so I'm offically going twice on opening weekend.

I'm wondering the same thing. So far, where I'm going, there's 6 screens... I'm sure they'll keep adding more. Since all the screens show at the exact same time where are they gonna put everyone?

I'll probably get to the theater around 4pm to scope things out. I need be, I'll grab some food and get in line right away.

Not sure when they did this but just noticed that the AMC 20 added a separate ticket purchase for the DLP theater. I guess I'll have to get a refund for the first ticket I purchased back when the midnight shows first popped up.
