Besides Aint-It-Cool what are good websites about film industry gossip

What websites do members of the film industry go to get film gossip....besides Variety...Aint It Cool and Hollywood Reporter.

The sort of info that premiere prints as "You weren't supposed to know this but"

Well, I'd venture to say aint-it-cool-news is not a good site for that stuff, not any more at least.

The best ones imo are www.darkhorizons.com , http://www.corona.bc.ca/ (it's part of cinescape now I believe).

Chud.com and joblo.com are a couple of sites that have some good information too. I find darkhorizons to be one of the best though for pure, easy to read movie gossip.

Fuck AICN. worthless site. You want real news, go to Hollywoodreporter.com and I agree with Jaeufraser, Darkhroizons and Chud.com is good for that sort of news.

Aint it cool news isn't much of a "You weren't suppose to know this but..." news. They are tapped into the industry and paid like anyone else. You have to not trust any of these sources for more than face value because in all these cases you will be getting PR folks spinning stories for gain.

AICN's layout and newer more nastier layout just makes me sick looking at it.

This is, unfortunately very true. AiCN suffers from a severe lack of focus (they pick the movies they like, and ignore many others), extremely biased views and unnecessary political viewpoints, HORRIBLE, and I mean awful writing.

And most of this I would excuse...they've never been great at those things. But AiCN doesn't really get good movie scoops these days anymore then anyone else. They used to get this inside info, but now they don't get any good scoops. If you can get past web design that makes your eyes bleed and talkbacks that make IMDB look intelligent, then...well it still kinda sucks.

Well that sucks. I haven't been to their site in years, but they used to be great (if not a little bit of a pain to read through).

That seems like the opposite of "lack of focus" to me, but I agree AICN is shit.

A great movie blog (not really gossip-related, but something people here would like) is http://daily.greencine.com/

...they link to articles on DVDTalk pretty frequently too.
