I saw it in cinema and didnt think much of it. Allso hated the 80s soundtrack. doesnt Wes Craen know what decade it is ??
Looks like the film was in development hell for a long time so maybe it would have been better without studio interference.

My wife and I saw it at the theater and we both agreed that it was not that good. I don't see myself buying or renting it either.
Agreed, that was a terrible moment. Maybe it was funny to some but it did not work very well in this movie although that was not the only problem I had with it.

The more I think about it I actually liked this movie, especially the 'bird' scene.
It's no Elm Street or Scream, but I thought it was much better than Deadly Friend or Vampire in Brooklyn. I'd put it about on par with Shocker.
