The Day After Tomorrow

I hated the film, it was so freaking bad, but my experience of watching this one in the theater with other people is one of my favorite theater memories ever. It was almost like it was a huge MST3K taping, everyone in the theater was making fun of it, laughing at how bad it was, and on and on.

I'm sure there's something else. but I laughed out loud all through House Of The Dead. It IS pure comedy.

The Replacements, although much of it was the company I saw it with and the situation.

I'll have to second this.

I love Ah-nuld and his 80's flicks are cherished highly by myself...but Commando.

I watched the very end where he rattles off the "let off some steam" line...i couldnt stop laughing.

I laughed harder than the head exploding scene in "Total Recall"

Showgirls - Elizabeth Berkeley's acting, plus the ridiculous dialogue

Crossroads - lots of parts, but I remember that the whole thing about the blue bottle and also that girl falling down the stairs were hilarious!

I remember laughing hysterically, literally, during a group showing of Faces of Death. It was that type of contagious laughter I picked up from my buddy, which meant stopping was out of the question.

Yeah, we got a lot of evil looks that day....

Oh I cannot argue with that. Hilarious, knee slapping goodness. One can only hope Alone in the Dark reaches the near masterpiece shittiness of Boll's zombie epic.

One film that always got my friends and I in stiches was the moutain climbing epic Vertical limit. Something about dear ol Dad slamming into the cliffside in an oh so funny edit and a time bomb exploding shoe as seen through a haze of bong smoke sure made for good times.

I'd also recommend "The One" starring Jet Li. "I'm nobody's bitch!" in a thick asian accent, oh that was funny.

Shining Through:

Spoiler:
Melanie Griffith gets injured and spends days lying in someone's laundry basket...then when Michael Douglas carries her across the border at the end of the movie like he's running the ball into the end zone. A buddy of mine that I went to see this with in the theater actually stood up at this point in the film, raised his arms in the air and yelled "TOUCHDOWN!" A laughably bad film!

Another vote for SHOWGIRLS - pure joy!

And of course, let's not forget PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE.

Here in Austin, they have a comedic group called "Mr. Sinus" and they do MST3000-like movies with recent movies. They did one last week with Crossroads and I haven;t laughed that hard in a while

This probably isn't fair, since it was made with no budget by people with even less talent, but Blood Feast, directed by Herschel Gordon Lewis would have to high on my list. Despite the films lack of quality, no one could deny its far-reaching influence.

Just about every movie that Joel and the crew watched on MST3K.
Except This Island Earth. I love that movie.
