Spoiler request: How does Butterfly Effect theatrical cut end?

My search skills are weak and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I watched the directors cut a few days ago and some searching online reveals that the ending is completely different than the theatrical cut, I hadn't bothered thinking to check out the theatrical cut when I rented it. So to save me from having to re-rent it just to see the theatrical cut, can someone spell out in detail what happens at the end of the Theatrical cut vs. the Directors Cut?

Thanks!

Spoiler:
Instead of watching a movie of his birth, he watches a movie from an early birthday party in which Kayleigh was present. He then told Kayleigh he hated her, so she went to live with her mother, had a good life, as does Evan and Lenny and Tommy. In the present, Evan and Lenny burn the journals and Evan is apparently some sort of besuited muckety-muck when he sees a grown Kayleigh pass him on a crowded street. He stops and does a double-take, and then the movie ends.

That's from memory.

Spoiler:
In the director's cut, he watches a movie of his mother giving birth to him. He assumes the body of himself as a infant, still in the womb. He proceeds to choke himself to death with the umbilical cord and she has another stillborn baby, as mentioned earlier in the film(she said that she had 3 stillborns before he was born). He was never born, and everyone's life was much better. It goes through the same sequence of Kayleigh moving away, getting married, etc...It was a much better ending to the film.

They can end that piece of crap with Michael Corleone closing the door on Kay and it would still be a turd.

I actually liked the movie inspite of Kutcher's performance.

I agree with Rusty: the theatrical cut had a much better ending. The
Spoiler:
baby choking himself in the womb
was unintentionally laughable, while the theatrical ending was infinitely more poignant.

Not a movie to watch if your in a happy-happy joy-joy mood, to say the absolute least.

Roy?

Did anyone else think that the directors ending resembled the ending in
Spoiler:
Donnie Darko
a bit too much? The theatrical ending was much better IMO.

I thought the theatrical cut was better as well, although it was good to see the alternative version

I read on imdb that there's no nudity in the US version.

What's up with that?

I recall some nudity on the DVD, after Ashton's character makes his first change and walks into the bathroom where a girl gets out of the shower.

Yeah, that's all I can think of too. Was it in theaters? Perhaps imdb is just full of BS again.

I remeber distinctly seeing lots of boobies on screen when I saw this in the theater. So female nudity was in the US version. IMDB lies.

I'm glad we cleared up that very important matter then.
