Custom Star Wars Uncle Owen ebay.

Not sure where this goes, but this auction is pretty funny and has to do with Star Wars.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

Enjoy.

I have that as a Halloween decoration. Pretty clever way to sell it.

One person at least. It has one bid so far.

Hell, I can't even get a lot of money out of my legit auctions and some yahoo comes along and sells a joke item and gets attention for it? I guess the key to ebay is selling crap creatively so you get people talking about it and people wanting to bid on it.

I prefer payPal but also accept cashier's checks, money orders and of course cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. "Republic credits? Republic Credits are no good out here, I need something more real."

No kidding. Good Morning America reported this morning that someone had bought a ghost off of ebay. The auction came with a free cane. Grandpa's cane. They said he was haunting them. The item was bought. The price? $20? No. $50? No. How about $65,000? Sold!

That is just freaking hilarious. That ghost thing gives me an idea about the toilet seat I just replaced though.

Yeah, but it'll get slashdotted or farked by tomorrow and be up to $20,000,000 and get pulled by ebay. People always have to ruin a good joke.

In all seriousness, this was the first thing I did when the Aunt Beru (Flashback) and Uncle Owen (Purchase of the Droids) came out. I took a lighter and burned them up and then put them on a shelf with some "dead" Jawas. I also burned up more than a few Stormtroopers for the sake of art.
