This isn't even a question. Everyone knows a xenomorph will wipe us out the fastest. Though They mostly come out at night....mostly..

The Aliens and ST bugs are impressive but they are still essentially just bugs w/ the main advanatage being numbers. The ID creatures and the Borg were both stopped by computer glitches/viruses... ohhh ahhh scary 
The body snatchers would eventually do us all in, because after all who would believe it was happening, but it would be slow. The Pitch Black creatures die in the light and kill each other after a short time... no real threat there. So I've got to go w/ the Predators. They've got the brains and the tech (including stealth and the aforementioned nuke from orbit option 
) and while they've been stopped in both movies that was just a one on one situation and not an all out war.

any answer but borg is ridiculous. all the other aliens could do some hefty damage fast, but military might would halt them and destroy them.
predators could be formidable but eventually stopped.
borg, lets see;
can teleport, would be immune to our weapons, and would enlist our dead, or dying? right?
can't say i really know that much about the borg, but if what i listed above is true, then they would be the baddest (meaning the could wipe out humanity the easist.)

Where as Aliens want to eat, kill and/or make us birth their babies?!!? Hum!.... Alien bursting out of chest or hanging out with the sisters or clones of 7 of 9?
I think over all the Aliens do us in really quick.. Attack, kill, pod/egg people a ton, birth more, kill more, pod more.. No real way to stop that on a city wide level at least. As for aliens of pitch black they are hurt by flashlights etc.. Not really all that scary if a camp gen + a few work lights is all it takes to lock down a place.
of course don't forget Kang and Kodos! Thanks to them... ""They'll build bigger boards with bigger nails until one day they build a board with a nail in it so big, it will destroy them all!"

Once the borg Queen was taken out then that's it. 'Aliens' would just keep coming and coming like cockroaches until they won
