I've read that Salma said that if she knew she could use a body double in Desperado, she would have (but she was too naive to ask for it at the time). Nonetheless, she gave up the goods in "Frida" (with Ashley Judd, no less).

Jodie Foster might qualify if she hadn't done those topless scenes in the coppertone commercials. I guess some girls do whatever it takes to get to the top.
