Frodo has a high-pitched voice through all thee movies. Don't see why it's awkward here all of a sudden.

Sorry, I dont know what Burton was trying with this whole scene but it fails miserably.

As for LOTR:ROTK, I've asked you this before and will ask it again: what is so awkward about the bed scene towards the end?
Won't argue with you on the whole Bats not being able to hit the joker.

What makes the bed scene so awkward? It's a bunch of guys jumping around in a bed acting giddy while Ian McKellan giggles delightfully. While I knew it was a scene of joy, it really did look, well, gay.

He has a normally high pitched voice through the rest of the trilogy. But In the bed scene he puts Qawwali singers to shame.

One scene in the following of each bothers me:

Matrix: Reloaded - you guessed it, the rave scene
Matrix: Revolutions - Neo & Trinity knocking boots

I loved the films, but those scenes are just cringe worthy.

I thought Neo and Trinity knocked boots in Reloaded.

The only thing Trinity knocked boots with in Revolutions was a metal pipe.
