I can't give much of a description, pretty much all I remember is it was kinda action maybe and there was a short dwarf type of character eating a bucket of KFC chicken(during an action scene I think), and I think the guns they had shot lazers, could be mistaken. I remember seeing this a LONG time ago on cable. Someone has to remember the little guy eatin kfc.

Sounds like Masters of the Universe to me, the one with Dolph Lundgren.
