My comments: meh, didn't like the first one.

I enjoyed the first movie although I watched it on dvd just a few months ago. I enjoyed the trailor for this one but again I'll wait till it's out on DVD before I'll watch it.

haha, I actually found that to be a bit on the goofy side, but I have a gut feeling I know what they're going after with it.

I liked it. I had no idea Emily Van Camp was going to be in this.

I am so looking forward to Hideo Nakata's version of this considering his original sequels didn't go up to par to Ringu.

I personally think it's great to have him and Takahashi Shimizu (The Grudge)do their own "western" interpretations of their Japanese hits.

doesn't look like it'll be too great, but I'd see it regardless of what the trailer looked like. I really liked Ring 2, so my biggest disappointment here is that it doesn't look like they kept much of it... plus, the horses and the flys are back. meh.

The tape for the sequel. Now that I've shared it, I won't die in 7 days.

I'm somewhat looking forward to it as well. I didn't really consider the first movie as a horror flick, more like a Murder/Mystery type.

I thought the first was decent, I remembet loving it after walking out of the theater but when it hit DVD and I watched it again, I was dissapointed with the length of the film and some of the acting.

Also, the first lacked a very important element - scares, there were only a handful and the rest was all atmosphere.

With all that said, I will definitely see this one and I'm hoping it moves at a quicker pace and has a ton of scares.......a little blood wouldn't hurt either ;)

That was actaully pretty cool (sorry, I missed the first time around) I like it better than the tape from the first.
