The Jessica playing Daisy should've been Alba, not Simpson. Don't they realise that Simpson's 15 minutes will be over before this hits the theatres.
I was big fan of the show, but until I see more, my interest in this movie is pretty much gone.
The best casting so far is Nelson as Uncle Jesse.

Edit - Production on the film started last week sometime in California with Simpson and headliners, Johnny Knoxville (Luke Duke) and Seann William Scott (Bo Duke). Also along for the ride are Burt Reynolds as Boss Hogg, Willie Nelson as Uncle Jesse, and M.C. Gainey as Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane.

Jessica needs more of a booty, and Daisy should not be blonde. Eliza Dushku would have been a much better choice.
