Saw Alfie with Garden State awhile back. That and previews for 2 other Jude Law movies. Nice to see that horrible POS Cold Mountain didn't kill his career.

For some reason I don't think an Oscar nominated film that makes a lot of money is going to kill anybody's career, especially when the film is far from "bad", though definately not great.

Though more interested in Jude's Sky Captain, Alfie looks ok.

Yeah it does. I hope it's as good as the original. "Nine Queens" was a great little film that I really enjoyed. Not against remakes at all, but I hope this one lives up to that film.
