Although I wouldn't put it by some of the studios, according to Imdb (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004874/) Vin doesn't have any involvement in a live-action Mega Man movie anytime in the near future.

Usually i'd say "NO" as that poster looks like some shitty photoshop effort, but then there is the "Real Genius" cover. (and the Starship Troopers 2 cover)
