need help identifying a movie
I wanna say it was the fifth element but it wasn't. A guy finds a bomb, only he opens an envelope and pulls out a bunch of cards and counts down 5 4 3 2 1 and then the bomb explodes. What is it from?

Jack Slater visits his favorite second cousin. He finds him tied to a chair; his last dying breath coveys that teh two biggest crime families are joining forces. Slater finds some cards, starts going through them... 5... 4... 3... 2...
Slater runs out the front door s the house blows up. Two cops outside die (one was two days from retirement, his dying sentiment underlined with a David Sanbornesque sax solo), while Slater's okay, minor wound.
