I like REVENGE OF THE SITH... nice counterpoint to Return of the Jedi and also ties into Maul's line: "At last we will reveal ourselves to the Jedi. At last we will have revenge."
But, as others have said, Lucas seems to be picking these titles completely out of his ass. I do think whatever he picks, it will have some sort of balace with Return of the Jedi... but it could really be anything.

Also a cool trivial fact is that Revenge of the Jedi was the original title of Return of the Jedi...but GL said Jedi’s don't seek revenge. This would be a perfect title for Ep III!! PLEASE GL!!!
