Looks like everything will be a long this weekend, except for 2 Brothers, which will be a wash. I had NOTEB and 2BROS short and the other two long, so I'll come out slightly ahead. Oh well.

I still expect it to drop a bunch on sat and sunday. It should be very front loaded. I would not be surprised to see it hit the lower number of 2.5 JasonF if using.

Of course this is why I started to get nervious and decided to cashout when I had made a nice bit on the short early on.

Also remember these are estimates and they can and probably will be adjusted down.

It is because most people are just selling everything in the BW except FH911 and SP2.

I sold FH911 myself although I kept SP2 because I think it is the best bet to exceed those numbers.

I am hoping for a great day tomorrow to try and make 10 million by sunday night. It will be a stretch without the warrants making me a bunch.

Yeah, SP2 is a keeper but I'm also keeping 911... but keeping my eye on it :), especially once the numbers come out for Saturday.

Not me. I had NOTEB and 2BROS short, so I'm going to lose about sevnty five thousand dollars. Not too bad, but man -- do I wish I had longed NOTEB.

Yesh I am kicking myself on that one since it was so cheap with what appeared to be very little chance it would lose a ton.

I am not sure why I passed on that one.

I can understand the others since the odds were longer and it was so much less certain.

Good call gcribbs - FH911 didn't have a good Sat. or Sun. (Will be interesting to see how the hype about it being #1 will play to the rest of the populace when it expands the next two weeks.)

This compounded by my shorting white chicks and the notebook call will mean I'm in for a bad next 2 days.

I figure I made 10 calls on FH911 and at least one of them was right :)

Expanding should mean FH911 will have either a smaller drop or a huge increase in B.O.

I just do not see it increasing over this hype weekend when Spiderman 2 will be getting a bunch of attention. I still think it will have a 30-40% drop from this weekend although the weekday numbers could be interesting. I wonder if it goes way down during the week.

I jumped ship on a few things that I should not have. I am going to sit out Spiderman 2 since it is too rich for my blood at $335 ish a share.

I am still thinking about next week. I might go with a no opening weekend movies and only play them before the weekend.

EDIT: Stayed up a bit and made my $10 million a few hours too late.

Now on to bed :)
