I never thought much of Johnny Depp, but my view on him has changed greatly! He has turned out to be one fine actor.

Excellent, excellent movie! It was amazing to see how they showed "Peter Pan" coming together. The movie pulls you in right from the start. Such an uplifting story. Beautifully shot. Superb acting all around.

This just may bring Johnny his long, long, loooonnngg overdue Oscar.

It's a possibility, but Jamie Foxx is gettings tons of buzz for the Oscar. That could backfire though, as tons of early buzz can often sour the Academy's opinion of a potential nominee. Just ask Madonna about her Evita performance or the many other "sure-fire" nominees who have been forgotten about when Oscar time roles around.

Yeah I remember all the buzz Courtney Love was getting for People Vs. Larry Flynt. She didn't get nominated though probably because she's Courtney Love, likewise with Madonna.

I really enjoyed this movie, and it was what I was hoping Big Fish would be. I dont know how "true" the film was, but its a pretty neat story of how he wrote the play. I would hope it could also be another Oscar nomination for Kate Winslet, but her role was a bit more down played in the film for the most part.

Despite the fantastic cast, I find myself disinterested in this. Depp has far more interesting projects coming up.

She was fantastic, but she usually is. She could still get a much deserved supporting nom.
