The two of you are treading on very thin ice. If these comments were meant to be humorous instead of racist, they seem to have failed. I'd suggest that you think twice before making additional comments along this line.

Now, before the PC start screaming and accusing me of racism, my personal genetic heritage comes from the first five groups. And I have three of the most beautiful female cousins in the world who had a black father. A wonderful man I greatly admired, who was an air force pilot and whose much too early death (by natural causes) just devastated me.

This last bit made it worse. Now you sound all pervy in lust with your cousins and like you're trying to prove you aren't racist by saying something the equivalent of "I went to school with a black guy, I'm not racist." I'm sure you aren't racist, it's just that you shouldn't have explained yourself. Your comment wasn't offensive anyway.

And nobody screams around here... people who get offended quietly report posts to moderators. And there aren't really many PC people on this forum... Mostly just republicans. Bwahahahahahaha

The only way to see if a mexican would be missed in the workforce is when the black replaces him if the employer would rather have back the mexican.
Of course the black isn't going to stand for the low unjust pay.

FWIW, As for not explaining myself, my observation of responses to others' posts (here and at other forums I frequent) leads me to the realization that far too many people are willing to jump to wacked out PC conclusions about people they really know nothing about. If you don't preface your comments or explain things, you never know how someone's going to take them. As is evidenced by all this.

Obviously, even the most innocent comments can be misconstrued by some.

FWIW 2, (and just to add some more fuel to it) My school (late sixties) was a fairly typical, northern Ohio suburban school with about 15% of the student body being black, so yeah, I did go to school with blacks. I knew some better than others and most hardly at all. About the same degree as I knew the other 83% of the student body.


After this, and back on topic, I'm thinking maybe a good sequel title should be...

finally saw this movie... it was a piece of complete shit. Spectacularly terrible. Now, I found the premise to be quite interesting and I thought the main points they were trying to make were good - but the execution was just so bad. It made Uwe Boll look like Spielberg.
