Favorite Kill Bill chapter
This was a great idea brought up by Mondo Kane in the Kill Bill 2 discussion thread, but I figured if we keep it seperate from the regular discussion and maybe make a poll we could get a tally of the favorite chapters.
I have a feeling Chapter 5 may be the ultimate winner here, but I loved the anime!
3, 5, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 1, 4, 2

Elle and I here
I also loved the anime sequence, but if they ever do a "full movie" version, still stick my guns that it should be cut.

Yeah, I have to say Chapter 5 (especially the Japanese version) was my favourite. But, chapter 8 was great too, especially because of Gordon Liu. Come to think of it, chapters 3 and 9 were good too. Oh, and so were the other remaining chapters.

Chp5 is likely to get the most replay value out of me. But I feel that the table sequence in Chapter 10 is Quentin's finest work yet.

It's all about Elle and I for me.

The House of Blue Leaves for me, just for the damn coolness of it, but it was quickly followed by the two mentor scenes with Pai Mei & Hattori Hanzo. I thought they were beautifully shot and were great combos of comedic and dramatic elements. Now that I think about it, it really is a hard decision to rank these, since I thought they were all great.

Chapter 10:Face to Face for me. I just loved the pacing, and the execution. It was also suprisingly emotional, and I liked that.
The rest:
Chapter 8:The Cruel Tutleage of Pai Mei
Chapter 5:Showdown at the House of Blue Leaves
Chapter 9:Elle and I
Chapter 7:The Lonely Grave of Paula Shultz
Chapter 4:The Man From Okinawa
Chapter 6:Massacre at Two Pines
Chapter 3:The Origin of O-Ren Ishii
Chapter 2:The Blood-Splattered Bride
Chapter 1: (2)
None of the chapters were bad, they were all really enjoyable, but it wasn't hard to pick my favorite. The last few were hard to chose though. I also, wouldn't be surprised if they change. I've only seen KB 1 four times and 2 two times.

I'm quite surprised Chapter 7:The Lonely Grave of Paula Shultz only has one vote. The burying scene was one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time.

I thought it went on for too long. Did we really need to stare at an almost completely blacked-out screen for 5 minutes? I guess the fact that some asshats behind me in the theater took that time to talk makes me feel that way, though.
The Pai Mei chapter rocked!

From: You have moved into a dark place. It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
Well, Chapter 10 was renamed "The Last Chapter" in the film, but that one has all of the emotional depth, great dialogue, and a brief, but great action sequence - you could almost view it as a stand-alone short and totally get everything you need to about the rest of the story. It's what sold me on the entire enterprise.
Chapter 10
And the sequence that I keep replaying over and over is the beginning of Chapter 5 when the Bride is flying into Tokyo - the whole "Green Hornet" sequence is just brilliantly shot. I've been showing it off to people just about every day for the past two weeks.

I voted for Chp 10 Face to Face as well. Excellent way to wrap things up and the credits were just exhilarating. No need for another long sword battle. Plus, Uma in the bathroom. Yummy!
