Favorite flick to watch when sick

Yo peeps-

I was wondering what flicks everyone likes to watch when they are sick. My personal faves are The Shawshank Redemption and The Usual Suspects. The Godfather and Field of Dreams are good ones, too.

Peace

If you're feverish, you can't do any better than the 1978 version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. It's a perfect match.

A BTTF Marathon is always a good choice. Same with Indiana Jones and Star Wars (IV-VI).

Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Seeing Cameron on his sickbed is always a pick-me-up.

Or, if you're feeling sick but industrious, listed to the John Hughes commentary. Not a bad one, and somewhat interesting to listen to.

I'll usually watch anything when sick. I also build computers part-time and I usually end up watching Hackers when I'm assembling it.

I used to watch this on VHS when I was younger and would stay home sick from school. I always wanted to do the stuff that crazy Bueller did.

The Quiet Man: because, if I'm really sick, the terrible transfer for this classic doesn't look too bad.

I like "comfort films" when I'm sick - Top Gun, E.T., any John Hughes film, Star Wars (can't wait for the OT!), Bill & Ted, The Limey, Heathers, etc.

I pop in some anime or old sci-fi movies. I also tend to find my TV series DVDs and do a marathon of sorts.

I recently was sick from eating some bad chicken and watched Chicken Run to remind me of my worst problem with the sickness.

The transfer for that is truly embarrasing. That movie deserves much better.

What do I watch when I am sick? Most likely The Goonies.

I'm still missing some favourite "sick flicks" from years gone by, because they haven't been released in a decent DVD version yet.

When I can get a nice anamorphic SE of "Real Men," "Real Genius," and "Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins" I'll be a happy man.
