I remember that my buddy noticed the Kaboom cereal box...we were the only ones laughing.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS....
It was like the table scene in Spiderman when the Green Goblin is about to cut the turkey he has this halairious look on his face just before he sees Spidey's cut...that was priceless!!!

anyone notice that when "the battle without humanity" song is playing, and the crazy 88 slowly begins their walk, you can see Tarantino in the background as a cameo

The Death Lists are different colors because I'm pretty sure they're different lists. If you look, the lists are numbered. Unless the V refers to the number of people on this list, but I'm pretty sure one of them was a IV.
I just figured she was obsessed with making the list over and over again.

I don't think the second person you named was on the list. She wasn't at the wedding, she was just O-Ren's employee. If she was on the list, The Bride wouldn't have given her the option to back out.

I wonder how the Bride would have reacted if one of the people on her took their own life in front of her to deny her vengeance? What if the method was a bomb that would be detonated the minute she showed up at the house?

One other thing: after all of the carnage the bride caused at the hospital, Tokyo, and Vernita's, wouldn't the cops be out looking for her all over the place?

Of course, in Kill Bill, not only is it a lawless world but it is also a world where samurai swords are commonplace (so much so that they have holders for them on airplanes), so I guess suspension of disbelief really has to be the order of the day.

Ok, I guess I just didn't remember that line when I first saw the US version. I guess it really didn't register, because nothing happened to Sofie after that, compared to the Japanese cut.
Yep, the scene switches back to the closeup shot of Sofie at the hospital as The Bride yells the line.

Just double-checked...there are in fact other people in the airport causally carrying around katanas...it's subtle but it's there.
The only motorcycles with them on them I saw belonged to the Crazy 88.

Lastbade: I think it was Uma's character who was supposed to be the knife expert.
Interesting note: while she wasn't officially part of the squad and Budd was supposed to be one of the five DIVAS, Sofie is a French chick, who if added to the group would be identical to QT's Foxforce Five group.
