I have never had any desire to watch DWMC (why not abbreiviate it, we do everything else!). But I saw the trailer for this a few weeks ago on Van Helsing and it looks damn funny. Quite frankly, anything that Neil Patrick Harris has done lately I have found very funny (and the fact that he is playing himself in this one!).

I'm also really looking forward to this movie. Of course i did enjoy Dude Wheres... just because of the almost surrealism near the end. Had me just dying laughing.... my wife on the other hand didn't find it nearly so funny. Then again she thinks In Living Color is funnier than Kids in the Hall.

Anyway, i saw mention of this in the newest Maxim and immediately checked it on IMDB. The trailer looks funny, i'll definitely catch this

Well, glad I'm not the only one who thought this looked absolutely hilarious. I thought it was just because I'm Indian, but really the gags might be good stuff. I think I will be seeing it.

I actually didn't think Dude was that bad. The commentary for the movie was funnier than the movie itself though.

I actually laughed at this. From the director of Dude, Where's My Car?, I was surprised I did. Hopefully the trailer isn't the only funny thing.

Ryan Reynolds is in it, and as an avowed "Two Guys, a Girl (and a Pizza Place)" fan, I shall be there opening day, and second screening of opening day, just to ensure that Reynolds is in the number one comedy of all time (since he's already captured that title on the hit TV show "Two Guys, a Girl (and a Pizza Place)"

Do you think Harold & Kumar will bomb at the box office?
Do you see this movie getting lost in the shuffle or do you see it as a possible sleeper hit?
It could be a sleeper since it is something different and you don't usually see an East Indian or a Asian as the main actors that drive the story.
This movie could show how big the Asian market can be to the box office.
On the other hand, people in Oklahoma or Alabama probably aren't going to rush down to the theater and see it and it might bomb big time.

No way this film will bomb. Simply no way possible.
Why you ask? because it's from the guy who brought you this:
http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/...heresmycar.htm
and look at how much of a successful formula that turned out to be.
the amount spent on this film (Production Budget $16,000,000 )will be returned in DVD sales alone. So will it be a bomb in the box office? eh. it's so low budget that it's hard to not meet any dream amount of return.
Will it be number 1 in theaters? doubtful, but being #1 doesn't always mean the film is a success.
This will show a lot of return in profits.
