Geez Atari, are you on Van Helsing's payroll or something? Everytime someone disses the movie in a thread you pop up to defend it. Some folks didn't like it. Accept it.

I haven't felt the intense hatred from this board for Catwoman in over a week, so I thought you'd all like some new pics!

Hasn't anyone started a petition to prevent this movie from being inflicted on the public?

I know some people who want to see this... they're good people, but they're the type of people who listen to Dave Matthews Band and Grateful Dead or whatever and like films like Legend of the Fall and Titanic. One of em gave me a reason which was because he thinks Berry is hot. They also subscribe to US Weekly and People Magazine.

That's funny. I don't even know any Joe Six packs that want to see this one. I hope if fails miserably just to see who Halle will blame this time. It'll be a nice slap to the ego. She'll be begging for the part of Storm after this.
Titanic was a good movie though.

Is there any truth to the rumor that "Catwoman" was actually previewed at the Abu Grayeb (or however you spell it) prison and was the REAL cause of the cruel treatment of the prisoners of war?

I hope not, Storm is my least favorite X-men character. Her being written out of future sequels would be great

I get the real feeling this movie will be a majorly mediocre film. Not necessarily awful, but not that good.
"It's over-time!"
I mean, any movie with that line has to be at least funny to laugh at.

hey i am going to defend van helsing and say that the movie wasn't horrible or dreaded. it was exciting at times, very action-packed, but almost everything was so cheesy, i laughed hard. i had a good time.

by the way, this looks like shit and should be re-scheduled to die in a fall release where it will make a few extra million due to the lack of bigger movies.

Maybe this has already been asked, but what movie that Berry has been the star in and the movie was a blockbuster?
http://www.boxofficemojo.com/people/...halleberry.htm
The only one that comes close is Monster's Ball, it was made for $4 Million and made $31 Million. Almost 8 times the investment, but I would not call it a big hit.
Catwoman is going to drown because of Berry, if she is a co-star she is fine, but I do not believe she can carry a movie onto being a big hit. Catwoman should prove my point, none of friends have any desire to see the move and many people on this post feel the same way.
Her Academy Award speech still grates me wrong. In some ways I really feel sorry for her.
