So -- who's going to see 'Jersey Girl'?

OK, Kevin Smith's first movie in three years is here -- but who's going to see the PG-13, non Jay and Silent Bob Kevin?

I'm waiting for video. I like Smith, but I've never seen his flicks in the theater, and there's a ton of other stuff I still need to see. If I had more money and time...then...

I'll see it when it hits cable... there wasn't a choice for that, so I picked that I would never see it.

Going to see it sometimes this week. But I'm watchin' Ladykillers on Friday night. And hopefully no circumstance is going peel me away from that.

I was going to see it when I heard it was more like Chasing Amy than anything else, but now I'm not sure. I frankly have been rather underwhelmed by his last 2 films and the trailer is awful. It makes it look cloying and derivative, overly cutesy like he is pandering. I hope this is just a case of bad marketing work and the film will be really good, but I've got to wonder.

No Jay & Silent Bob is *the* reason I'm excited about this.

I'll probably see it in a few weeks, but I'm definately not going to rush out to the theaters for it ... my money this week is probably going to Eternal Sunshine and Ladykillers.

I love Kevin. I've watched An evening with Kevin Smith 2-3 times, listened to all his commentaries, and I actually like Affleck too, but I'm not excited about this movie. I'll wait for video.

Frankly, after hearing all the naysayers putting this flick down I had found myself already hating it.

But then I saw the trailer and and I thought it was kinda cool looking. I then realized all the negative shit was just part of the trendy thing to do these days...dissing Ben Afflect and Jennifer Lopez.

Screw everyone. I'll judge what movies are good and bad for my own damn self and all these idiots putting down movies BEFORE they see them are just stupid asses.

"Chaka mad?"

"Dance Fatboy!"

I've watched AEWKS twice already too. Funny as hell.

As for Jersey Girl, if we can get a babysitter, we'll see it sometime in the next couple of weeks.

It's Kevin Smith featuring George Carlin in a major role, so hell yes I'll see it.

I could care less what critics say about it, and I don't underestimate Kevin Smith's talent that much as to think he can't pull off a PG-13 film.

OK, so it's supposed to be sweet and romantic instead of raunchy and hilarious. So F*****g what.

I am seeing it Friday at 10, Kevin Smith can do no wrong, although I am skeptical about this one, but we'll see..
