rotk questions regarding possible extended scene's

when i watched the movie again last night, i noticed two scene's in particular, that didn't really make sense, but would if there was another scene or two that got cut, but will be on the EE. When Frodo and Sam Wise defeted the orcs, they decide to put on their armor so they wouldn't be seen, on their way to mount doom. but in the next scene that we see them, they don't have their armor on anymore?

the second one is when the gang goes to battle to help Frodo and Sam to get to mount doom with out beeing seen, there seems to be a whole lot of set up that got cut, since they go from one battle, to another.

I don't know if I read it here or somewhere else, that as Sam and Frodo leave the Ord tower and head towards Mt Doom, they actually walk into a line of Orcs that are marching and blend in. They sit on the edge of the camp and wonder what to do.

When Aragorn and Co. decide to confront the Black Gate, the orcs head for the gate, but Sam & Frodo hide... the lose the armor (since it was heavy)... but most of this can be filled in with logic.

I looked through the other threads and I couldn't find it either.

Their was another site that had synopsi of the possible extended cuts. I'll see if I can find them tomorrow.

1. in the book, they fall in with a group of orcs, then escape and take off their armor when all the orcs have gone to the Gate.

2. in the book, there is a lot more build up, with the Eye bringing out Frodo's mithril coat, trying to convince them that he's dead.

i expect to see both of these on the EE.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Jackson is thinking of re-inserting the scene where Frodo tells Sam that he doesn't like sand because it's rough and it gets everywhere.
