look, tom cruise has a thick build, hes somewhat athletic and muscular, and he has a big head. I dont' see why you guys are saying he weighs arond 150-160.
I am 5'8". 155 lbs., and if I stood next to Tom Cruise I would definitely look a lot thinner.

Tom Cruise is definitely not 200 pounds... but anywhere from 160-180 could be realistic. There are always surprises when it comes to people's size and weight. As for Arnold... he is definitely not 5'7 or 5'8. I'd say 5'10-11 minimum.
