or listen to the unabridged audiobook in the car like i did. did the same with Angels and Demons as well. I actually looked forward to driving those few weeks.
I'm still unconfortable about the choice of Tom Hanks as Langdon....and I am worried that a book like this will lose a lot of itself wehn condensed into a 2 hour movie. I think it would work better as a much longer miniseries on cable or something. How can they possibly have time to work in enough of the symbology, ancient reilgion, and religious history stuff?

I thought the book was more a screenplay than a novel, and something of an anticlimactic tease at that, but the movie does have some impressive star power attached to it, and doesn't look half bad.
