Close call between: Dumb and Dumber, The Mask, The Cable Guy, and The Truman Show.

I'll go with The Truman Show.

I'm a big "Three Stooges" fan. And I think that "Dumb and Dumber" came closest of any modern movie comedy to emulating that Stooges-style humor. So that was my choice.

I definitely prefer "funny" Carrey over "serious" Carrey. Case in point: "The Majestic," a film that was a chore to sit through. It didn't seem like it would ever end. I was so shocked that Frank Darabont directed it. I expected so much more from the director of "The Shawshank Redemption" and "The Green Mile." Carrey was alright in it, but a lot of other actors could have filled-in just as well.

I voted for Truman Show. Quite frankly, i've enjoyed just about all his movies, even Majestic. His early comedies are classics, but The Truman Show is just marvelous.

Dumb and Dumber is the best comedy, by far. Just freakin hilarious.

But, The Truman Show is his best film...great film by Peter Weir, very unique and fairly moving...strange for a jim carrrey movie.

Voted for Ace Ventura, but thoroughly enjoyed Dumb and Dumber, Liar Liar and The Truman Show. All outstanding.

I revisited all recently and didn't recall how much I enjoyed Ace. The Truman Show was better than I remembered, I hope he was nominated for an Oscar. Simply amazing work by Carrey.

Close tie between D&D and Me, Myself, and Irene.

That's a tough one, I loved him in Truman, Majestic, Man on the Moon, just to name a few. But I'm going with The Majestic, because that movie just makes me feel so good.

The Truman Show

I love the part where he is freaking out in the car with his wife.

For a "Jim Carrey-like" performance, I would say Dumb and Dumber. But like most of you, my favorite movie with him in it is The Truman Show. What a wonderful film.

Although he was downright hilarious in "The Majestic", I had to go with his sensitively nuanced performance in "Dumb and Dumber".

The Truman Show, and The Majestic. I don't really like his "typical" style on his other film.

And oh, I really love his cameo in Simon Birch.

Dumb and Dumber is one of the best "dumb" comedies ever made...but the Truman Show is one of my favorite movies, period.
