I like it, like it a lot. Whatever you might think of this little snippet, it's leagues away from neon-schumacher-nipplesuit batman. This distance from the bad taste can only be a good thing.

What convinced me that it was real at first is that it appeared to be a photograph of an printed display/poster instead just a straight photoshopped image. Very good fake I'd say, the least believable aspect was the plain text.

The Old Navy-looking "Bat-sweatshirt" kinda tipped me off... ;)

I don't know, didn't seem implausible especially since they are going to go back to the retro theme. I don't see them going the plastic route of schumacher, and somehow I doubt it's going to be smooth spandex ala Adam West.
