Does intentional camp ever work? From what I gather, this is trying to ape the old 50s sci-fi/horror flicks which has been done several times over. I think that may get pretty old over the course of a whole movie.

Also, at least one of the actors in the trailer seemed to be playing it as funny, which is a big no-no in parody. Play it straight and let the absurdity of the story provide the laughs.

it should apeal to the mst3k crowd. i liked the trailer and thought it had a few funny parts, but sitting through the films whole running time? that'd might be tough. i definitely will rent it though.

It would appeal to the mst3k crowd if it actually had the shadow outlines and commentary. If I go to see this and do my own take of MST3K I will be trying to fill in the shoes of a greater force of nature.. just wont be the same. as a fan of skeletons in general, I wish painful death to this film.

It's a very funny trailer but I imagine sitting through 90 minutes of that would be anoying.
