I probably would have voted for Feldman back then, but after watching him on Celebrity Wife Swap I'd gladly give my vote to Haim.

Feldman is, and always had been a hot mess, but he wins due to his involvement in Stand By Me and The Goonies. Nearly everything else he has been in is shit, or he was shit in it.

How can this even be open for discussion. Feldman by a country mile. He was in Stand By Me, The Goonies, and The 'Burbs. Haim wasn't in one single good movie that I'm aware of.

Lucas had some 80s charm, The Lost Boys is probably his best, depending on your fondness for it, and while certainly not a great film, License to Drive has its place among 80s teen comedies.
That being said, Stand by Me and The Goonies blows everything Haim has ever done out of the water.

Though Feldman was in The Goonies and Stand By Me, I picked Haim, because he has handled his transition into a has-been much better than Feldman and less publicly. Over the last several years, Feldman has just portrayed himself as one of the most pathetic and self-deluded people in the world. We don't hear from Haim - all the better in my book.

Michael Jackson must have seriously mindfucked Corey Feldman all those years ago. Let's hope that's all he fucked.
I've heard a lot of stories recently that Haim was molested by several producers when he was a kid which probably led to his drug use and ultimately his early demise.

Because when the post was made Corey Haim was alive and thus people were able to "hear" from him.
Also, even though Haim is technically dead, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Feldman recently talked to him on a celebrity Medium show. So apparently even in death Haim could still technically portray himself in a negative light if he chose to.
