2. Agent Smith (kick-ass character and very funny)
3. Trinity
4. Morpheus
5. Neo (he's cool and is "The One" but it's still Keanu Reeves...)

I said Morpheus without giving the question much thought. Morpheus is my favorite character in general but he had a tough time in this movie. While his speech was great, he fell flat on his face when The Prophecy didn't come true. When it comes to Reloaded specifically I would have to Trinity and Agent Smith. Trinity displayed a lot of attitude in this movie and Smith was awesome -- I really like what they did with him.

Gotta go with Neo. I'm *almost* as big a fan of him as Morpheus is. "He's all that matters!" "I've spent my entire life looking for you!"
Sometimes the "coolest" character isn't the Main Hero; for instance, Han Solo might be seen as more interesting than Luke Skywalker. [Then other people become obsessed with Boba Fett or Darth Maul.] I'd say it's one of the strengths of the Matrix series so far that "The One" is "the one" who's easily emerged as my favorite.
