French film lovers: I need help!
I am looking for the name of a film. The film takes place over a summer. A mother (pregnant if I remember correctly) drops her son off with his aunt in a small village for the summer. He's horrified by seeing a rabbit killed by his aunt. Towards the end of the movie, he climbs inside a church? and walks on the ledge where everyone's frightened he'll fall. Sorry, I don't remember more details. I believe it most have been released on video in the late 80s or early 90s. Please help!
