Have you heard him on Howard Stern? He's absolutely unendurable. I don't think anyone could last 10 minutes w/ the guy.
|
Shouldn't the poll read: "Which one would you want to kill last?"
|
Poor Corey H. He has no love.

Bigjim25 you are hella cool!!
But I fear Corey has settled down with noted ex-famous french-canadian "Superstar" Julie Masse... I'm still waiting for more of his Zen induced masterful music to fill that void in my life but alas... |
Feldman, though Haim wants it more (as mentioned in his E! True Hollywood Story). I caught a Howard Stern show where they were mercilessly ridiculing Corey Feldman's band, but the thing is, the band wasn't horrible. They were just tearing him apart because he is Corey Feldman, and I couldn't help but feel bad for the guy. Haim, sorry, that's just wretched. I mean, the guy makes "anger art."
Although he did have the other best line in The Lost Boys - "Death by stereo." |

After watching the new interviews in License To Drive, I guess Corey Feldman is the only one of the two with redeemable qualities (by this, I mean to say Feldman has still managed to look pretty much the same). Neither were terrific actors - but they had youth on their side, and that always helps. I always thought Feldman had a bit more depth than Haim - Feldman's Teddy Duchamp is a good example of this. I don't think Haim could ever have played Duchamp, although he was good as a victimized kid in the fantastic film First Born. I think Haim never had another role quite like that one - a pure drama - unless you want to consider Murphy's Romance (but I wouldn't).
I can't believe that neither can get any work in any big budget movie - even Clint Howard gets work, and he was never a looker. |
I cant believe the OP has never seen goonies. Mouth got my vote.

I voted for Corey Hart.

I voted Haim because any man who plucks his facial hair must be destroyed. Plus Feldman's a prick in real-life. |

Are you people insane? Has no one here encountered the magic of LUCAS? This is not even worth discussing. Haim, period.

Re: The Coreys: which one would you save?
Guess this is a "moot point" now.

Re: The Coreys: which one would you save?
Odd how you started this almost 7 years to the day Haim died.

A DVDtalk thread leads to yet another celebrity death. We should all be ashamed.

Re: The Coreys: which one would you save?
Haim seemed like a nice cool kid in Lucas, Silver Bullet, and License to Drive! He did receive a lot of praise for his Lucas role.
He does remind me of someone who sprung from a Good Morning Miss Bliss/Saved by the Bell incarnation. Like he'd fit right at home at Bayside or Beverly Hills High. Too bad about the drugs and male molestation Haim experienced. Messed up his mind, but he wasn't an evil guy. Haim also didn't age the greatest either which is unfortunate. Feldman is an attention whore! But, I liked some of his roles too. Stand by Me, Friday the 13th... A shame he was relegated to an awful Married with Children guest spot by the early 90's -- in that shows worst seasons. Haim was just starting to build a career again, so it's kind of sad. Feldman will likely be broke in no time if he keeps hanging around that woman. So, yeah... Probably Haim I would save, but I don't wish either ill-will. |

Re: The Coreys: which one would you save?
I wonder if the same horn-rimmed glasses "Lucas" wore are the same ones "Teddy Duchamp" wore. Funny the two Coreys wore the same type glasses around the same year in different films.
