Even if Jason Bourne pulled all that kung-fu crap and beat Leon (which would never happen) Leon would just hand him a little something special to end the fight.

I don't know how anyone who has read the Bourne trilogy could say Leon would win, so I'm guessing all votes for Leon above are a result of (in my opinion) a terrible adaptation or an awsome book....The Bourne Identity.

Jason Bourne is THE ulitmate badass. sorry Leon fans.

so even if he might not be able to hang in a hand to hand combat, I'm sure in the end, some how some way, Leon is going to be kill Bourne even if the price to do it is his own death. So on some level that's winning right?

Back to the question as to who would win .. just watch the opening 10 mins or so of Leon in action .. and you will know that Jason Bourne doesn't stand a chance. Besides, Jason Bourne didn't have "EVERYOOOOOONE!!" up against him.

Uuuh, it wasn't a mistake. I thought it was pretty damn obvious that the only possible reason for killing the dog was because the dog would have been making a lot of noise. The sniper wasn't suppose to be there and being the "family dog", it would have been barking a lot.
