I'm not sure the teens will love this one..

I'm reserving justice, but since I'm a big Dawn fan, I'm sure it will not please my needs.

I wouldn't be against this remake on one condition:

If it becomes a success, the studio uses the funding to allow George Romero to remake Day of the Dead as he originally envisioned it.

Otherwise, I will be seeing something else at the multiplex when this comes out, or, more likely, I will be at home watching my 3-disc Anchor Bay SE of the original Dawn of the Dead, which will hopefully be out by the time the remake is released.

It's not like if they remake it, the original won't exist anymore. I will always go to the movies to see a horror movie, no matter how low my expectations are going in. You never know til you see it.

No, just like the many times songs are covered by other singers. Now do I listen to those remakes? sometimes.. if you tell me that someone who I personally don't like their current music style is going to cover a song I enjoy a great deal.. Of course you will get a strange reaction from me at frist.. then you tell me they will change a few of the lyrics to appeal to a larger crowd then of course I will be a little ticked that the masses will now be shown this new and very different version and have that imprinted as what is thought of when mention of the item is brought up. I am not getting any hopes up high for this..

then again it makes me wonder.. why the hell would you spend the money on a remake when Romero is starving for cash to make the fourth Living Dead movie?
