Script idea, need advice

I am thinking of writing a script for a movie, but...there is one problem.

I want it to be about Muslim terrorists and the CIA trying to catch them/assassinate them (This is very vague, I don't want any of you to steal me idea )

But is there even any chance of this being made in the first place? I mean, after 9-11....

Y'know what. Don't worry about the market. Don't worry about who might like it. Just write your treatment. Only a finite amount of story lines, but an infinite number of ways to tell a story. The worst that happens is you've invested some time in a creative endeavor and you have a finished treatment. What's wrong with that?

If you have an idea, run with it. Eventually people will be clamoring for these types of movies even if it's after a few years. Don't let an idea go to waste because you don't think it will sell now. There is always tomorrow.
On a side note, I'm surprised Hollywood hasn't churned out a bunch of stories like this. There are many Americans running around right now saying "I hate Muslims they are all terrorists" and would probably run to see a movie where they get taken out by the CIA.
