2 Fast 2 Furious is a definite front-runner. Actually, every film listed has a high potential of flopping. The only ones that seem like sure fire hits are Bad Boys 2 (it's got the good dumb fun factor) and The Hulk (another highly anticipated comic flick).

Hard to pick just 1. These are my nominees for the most likely to bomb:

2 Fast 2 Furious
Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas
Pirates of the Caribbean
Bad Boys II

While not in the list, I say Matrix 2. Don't know why forum people love it so much. Too many plot holes. Since the guy enters the weapons for them to use in the computer, why just give them guns? Give them lasers, bazookas, jetpacks, or Gundams. If it can be programmed, they should be able to use it. Also, if someone knows they are in the computer, being killed in it shouldn't hurt their real body. Just believe that being shot won't actually put a real bullet into your body and you will be fine.

I think that both The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Sinbad will result in less-than-expected B.O. numbers.

What's with our obsession on whether a movie will flop nowadays? But anyway, to stay on topic, I haven't heard anything about Sinbad so I'm gonna go with that...and probably LXG.

And to resinrats for the Matrix argument. That's my whole beef with that film as well.

The only "shure thing" flop is T3

2 Fast 2 Furious- I imagine they're going to regret not paying Diesel.

I haven't heard anything on Sinbad so that's a another one.

I'm going with Sinbad. I just don't see it surviving against T3.

I'm going with Pirates Of The Caribbean and Sinbad. As much as I would like to see 2 Fast 2 Furious completely bomb, just don't see it happening.

I would say that

2 Fast 2 Furious
Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas
and
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life

will be disappointments both artistically and at the box office.

Another vote for Sinbad.

L.E.G. looks bizarre but it does have Sean Connery, so that might help.

I don't think 2F2F will bomb, because the first one wasn't expected to do a darn thing and it went through the roof.

Please, please, please, I hope Pirates doesn't flop. I'm looking forward to it very much.

Honk!

Sinbad, Exorcist, and Lara Croft 2 are my picks.

With regards to Sinbad, it's getting MORE than a little lame how every one of Dreamworks animated films are the same genre or setting as animated films Disney releases.

Antz / A Bug's Life (ABL began production first, but was released second.)
The Road to El Dorado / Kingdom of the Sun (KotS eventually became Emperor's New Groove)
Treasure Planet and Sinbad...

and their next film will surprisingly be...a comedy about fish.

They're like that company that tries to trick people into buying their low budget versions of "Mulan" and "Hercules" by releasing them simultaneous to Disney's productions.

Careful now LB, you don't want to cause an all out war like the one I created a few months back in my Dreamworks/Disney thread now do you? And we're still in agreement on this issue by the way.

I only had space for 10 choices. Wanted to squeeze in X2, Matrix Reloaded but ran outta space.

So did The Avengers....it didn't help.

L.E.G. - it just has bomb written on it in big Battlefield Earth/Avengers sized letters.
TFATF 2 - possibly.
Tomb Raider 2 - I don't recall a large outcry for a sequal - count on it dropping like a brick.

I voted LXG as it seems too Avengers to me at this point. If I could vote for a second one I would say T3.

Also, I the 2F2F will be lackluster as it lacks the presence of Vin Diesel, who was pretty much the reason the first did so well.
