Back to the movie discussion. I saw a preview the other day for this film on the XXX dvd. Looks like a typical generic horror film, nothing special. The Tooth Fairy did look pretty cool though.

dude if you goto upcomingmovies.com and search for darkness falls you can watch teh first 10 minutes but it wont work on my computer some1 please put it on kazaa.

I haven't seen The Ring, but Darkness Falls looks like crap. Avoid the darkness! Ahhh! How original :lol:

movies.yahoo.com also has the first 10 minutes of the flick online... I actually thought the opening was pretty decent. Better than I had initially thought...but of course, since Emma Caulfield is in it, I'll be there on opening day...

I saw the sneak preview of this movie last night. Nothing special, I thought. It did have its "jumpy" moments though, and a few very funny one liners. All in all, I thought it did exactly what it was intended to do...make people jump :) One big problem with it though...it was only 1hr 20 mins long. A little short for my tastes.

so what would u rate it on a scale from one to ten that is what i want jumpy moments and funny stuff.

I thought it was similar to Jeepers Creepers in the amount of humor/jumps. Not really sure how to rate it though :D

I agree. If the Ring made you lose a night of sleep don't watch MTV. They have plenty of short videos that flash random things in no peticular order just like the ring.

Just got back from a sneak preview tonite. Wow, this movie sucked ass. Laughable at best. Right up there with Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever.

Haven't seen it, but a friend told me about the "prequel/background" comic book being out. So I bought a copy.

It was interesting and gave the history or background story of how she became the tooth fairy. Not sure if the movie will go into this.

Anyways, the comic was interesting. Not scary but could add to the movie. Just my two cents.

This movie was surprisingly very good. It was quite scary. A real tension builder. I personally recommend it.

A friend suckered me into seeing this tonight. Absolutely terrible. There really isn't a single positive thing I can say about it...

Oh, well I did get to see the Identity trailer again, so that's a plus. :)

I took my daughter to this today. I guess I embarrassed her because it was so stupid that at one point, I just started laughing and couldn't stop. (lot's of loud breathing by the tooth fairy just seemed damn silly to me. :rolleyes: ) She was scared though--maybe it's a movie more for the middle school set than their moms.
