Comic publisher sues over The Fifth Element
 
Hadn't heard about this. Humanoids Publishing is suing Luc Besson over The Fifth Element, claiming parts of the movie were taken directly from "The Incal," a book by Jodorowsky, Janjetov, and Moebius.

plus, there's probably a statue of limitations on something like this. Not only that, they want to get every possible dime out of them, and the only way that is going to happen is through DVD sales.
