Comic publisher sues over The Fifth Element
Hadn't heard about this. Humanoids Publishing is suing Luc Besson over The Fifth Element, claiming parts of the movie were taken directly from "The Incal," a book by Jodorowsky, Janjetov, and Moebius.

It's not surprising that the movie shows the influence of Moebius. He worked on it!
