Oh puh-leese, 80's action movies rock the house. What doesn't work are these toned-down made for marketing action movies!

Anyone else surprised at how good Ahnold looked. It seemed like he was really fading in his last three movies but in the trailer he looked exactly like he did in T2.

I was really groaning at the thought of a T3 but after seeing this trailer it is on my "to watch" list.

Well that trailer does bring back this certain feeling I had after seeing a trailer for another movie...it was 13 Ghosts...I watched the trailer and couldn't WAIT for the movie...because I wanted a good laugh! JESUS CHRIST JUST LOOK AT THE BEGINNING!!

"John Connor. It is time."
AND HOW DUMB ASSED does that john connor guy look? The movie looks so ridiculous and stupid it's horrible.
Why did T2 work? Because Arnold was evil in T1. Then he was good in T2. He had bad assed enemy. BUT know, he as a smiliar enemy, whose only purpose is to make teenagers have wet dreams....
And I bet that the bazooka shot at TX is probably the ending.
BAH it sucks! They shoulda made Arnold vs Arnold as someone else mentioned. THAT would be awesome. BUT the Arnold would have to have had modifications, otherwise we can't cheer for the ones who seem to be losing...the good guys.

Man Arnold looked all small as hell and that one liner was the worst thing he could have ever said,he looked all dazed and confused saying it to,this movie is gonna flop.

This dude needs to be in a nursing home not makeing movies.

And to them I say: this is what they presented us with...a crackhead looking strung out John Connor...a female [oooo] terminator...and things getting blowded up.
Based on this preview [and things i've read about it], i'll probably d/l it [if I have the space to kill].
IMO T2 should've been the end of it. The story was wrapped up.

But, of course, they have to run things into the ground in an effort to appeal to the lowest common denominator.

Whatever.

Of course, I could change my mind with the next trailer...but, I doubt it.

And by the way...I agree with you guys about 80s action flicks.

To have more fun with the trailer, insert the following line:

Voice-over: "It was sent back in time for one purpose only..."
You: "to buy shoes!"

Bleh.... From what I saw of the trailer I guess poor John Connor is persecuted again (poor guy can't take a shower or have a meal without lookin' over his shoulder lol).

And that one liner from an OLD looking Arnie: "She'll be back"...

Might as well do "Death wish 12" where Charles Bronson says "Looks like you chose the wrong dentures to steal" before pummeling the poor offending soul with soiled depends...

I'll start off by saying that I haven't seen the trailer.

That said, I don't have a problem with a female terminator that some people do, provided they stick to the design/purpose of the female terminator in T2:Infiltrator, a book written my S.M. Sterling as a sequel to T2. It's design wasn't as exclusively combat oriented as the previous terminator models, and I think that could give the T3 movie a better chance to be something other than a cheap knockoff of the previous movies.

Here's hoping the reason the trailer was bad was because someone had a movie that didn't look like a T2 clone, and they tried to make it look like one. I've seen good trailers to crappy movies, and bad trailers to good movies, so I'll see the movie. Maybe once it hits DVD, maybe a matinee the first week or two.

I saw it with TTT and a friend of mine who likes the Terminator movies just shrugged after this one and said: "Looks cheesy."

I agreed, and I love the movies as well. I'm sorry, but this one has yet to show me something to win me over into accepting it as canon.

Yeah, the fx looked kinda chessy.
And again we are going to have more action in presant day time.
Why not show Arnie as the Dr. who created the terminators in the future. The trailer does make it look like this movie is going to be T2.2: Not so hot Fx

Looked like a parody to me. People were laughing in the theatre but the same people that made xxx a hit will go see it. It will make Millions!

I'm pretty sure half the people here saw XXX, so I guess we'll make it a hit.

I'm gonna see it just for the new Terminator. Holy shazeezum is she hot! I never thought she was very attractive in that crappy old Mortal Kombat Conquest show, but good lord does she look good now.

But yeah, the trailer was really lame. I almost cried when he said "She'll be back".

The trailer looked pretty good,but i'm still not sure about the movie.
