I am looking for a title of a movie from the late 80's or early 90's. From what I can remember it was about a serial killer that raped women or prostitutes and then sets their crotches on fire with a blowtorch or something. In one scene I remember a naked women being found in a park or outdoors and her crotch is ablaze. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope it wasn't Don't Go in the House. It wasn't a Horror movie, it was more of a detective suspense/crime drama.

Sounds a bit like "Sound of Music", except for the burning crotch... and the raped prostitutes....
