Friday After Next

I saw it on friday and it was hilarious. It had a nice Christmas feeling mixed with funny antics that the other 2 had. If you saw this movie what are your thoughts on it and if you have not, do you plan on seeing it?

None of these sequals can compare to the original 'Friday' (which is a classic)!

I really liked it. This series has 3 movies to its name. Bond has what seems like 40 movies to its name and you guys diss Friday. I think for the most part the people here only like 'mature' movies such as 'A Beautiful Mind' and what not. Anyways, I really enjoyed it and can't wait for the DVD.

No need to get defensive Karli. James bond has many sequels but frankly, you are expected to see the same in them. Different actor, same character. As for friday, I'm sure everyone can come to an agreement and say without Tucker, it is not the same, nor wil be the same anytime soon. Bond might be the same formula, but it's different stories and different enemies. As flat as the movies seem, they seem rounder then any friday movie.

besides, they are two different movies. One is comedy another is action.

Are these movies really supposed to take place one week after the other, or is Ice Cube getting away with some artistic license? I didn't know the original Friday took place two weeks before Christmas!

This movie looks even less funny than the sequel, which I didn't think was that funny at all. I guess I'll have to wait for the reviews, go to see it if the reviews are good, then dislike it and complain about the reviews being inaccurate.

There are six other days in the week, you know. How about a Saturday! or a Day after Tomorrow!

72% of the reviews at www.rottentomatoes.com were 'rotten.'

It's definitely better than the horrible "NEXT FRIDAY" but still
a far cry from the original.

I think Ice Cube needed some touch-up help on the screenplay and Mike Epps has got to go.

He's not even close to Chris Tucker (but who is) and he's just
not very funny in either of the last two Friday's.

I'd recommend as a matinee and only if you really liked the first two films.

Just saw this last night with a group of friends. It was a HUGE improvement over Next Friday. The biggest disapointment was Witherspoon though. The dad was just turned into a complete cartoon character. All I can say is lets hope that Chris Tuckers next movie (or movies) bombs badly so he'll come back to this series. I've only seen the first Cheech and Chong movie but for those who have seen them all how do the first three measure up to the three Friday films?

My girlfriend was late coming back from work as I went to visit her, so I had nothing to do but watch this movie. I thought it would be horrible, but it had some fun moments and that one girl was REALLY cute. Nowhere near as good as Friday, but still watchable. I'd say rent it if you liked the first one, there's some things in here that are kind of funny.

If would pay attention to the begining of the last 2 films it states how long it has been since the last time you saw him. So the answer is NO.
