"The Ref"

I want it on DVD, but I guess the studio hasn't seen fit to put it on DVD yet.

If you're referring to the Jonathan Taylor Thomas one, I didn't think that was too bad. I bought it blindly, and while it wasn't as good as I hoped, but I still enjoy it quite a bit.

But most people will flame you for it.

If I had to choose just one it is "A Christmas Story"

But these are my other favorites:

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
It's A Wonderful Life
Home Alone
Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas
Trapped In Paradise

It was the exact oppisite for me. I saw about half of it on the Disney Channel. I was expecting the movie to be really bad but instead I got an enjoyable movie that I could just watch at anytime.

My list of must-view favorites, in order of preference:
  • It's a Wonderful Life (so far above any other contender, comparison is pointless)
  • National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
  • Scrooge (1970, starring Albert Finney)
  • The Lemon Drop Kid
  • Scrooged

i'm ashamed to say it but i have never seen 'it's a wonderful life' all the way through. i've usually only caught bits and pieces when my mom would watch it (it's her fav. and she watches it every xmas). definitely need to see this one this year!
