Good and scary.
Tony Todd is going to be at this year's horrorfind convention. I can't wait to meet him. :) |
It's just a good and scary and sorta sucky and scary in a sucky non-scary really good and not scary kinda way.

Not that scary (more atmospheric), but still a pretty good movie.

i watched it tonight i thought it was good but not too scary

If you're terrified of big black men with sharp hooks...you're in luck.
Good movie and sequel too. |
I think the CANDYMAN movies are awesome (1 & 2 at least...3 was terrible)... if you want to see a great, fresh horror flick, the first movie is perfect, and if you just want lots of mindless carange, Candyman 2: Farewell to the Flesh is perfect.
I would avoid part 3 like the plauge... I'd love to be able to get my hands on the rights on Candyman...I'd love to direct Candyman 4. :) MATT |
I wonder what happened to ther carreer
Virginia Madsen starred in Candyman, the next DVD I seen her in was a very small part in "The Haunting". Played the sister with the smart ass kid, of the gal who co-starred in the 1999 remake of Shirley Jacksons "Haunting of Hill House".

I rank the Candyman series right up there with the Darkman series... the originals were pretty good, but the more sequels they made, the lamer they got...
