I noticed that Canada has two very impressive versions of this summer blockbusters.

1st is Brotherhood of the Wolf - 3 disc set. I think this is the same set as the french edition except w/English Subs! 16x9.

2nd is Spiderman - Exclusive Limited Edition - 3disc set (w/bonus stuff like comic, cells from the film, etc. Maybe worth getting for hardcore spidey fans. 16x9.

Bitter Moon (Lunes de Fiel) is only available on DVD in Spain. By Roman Polanski (1992) starring Kristen Scott Thomas, Peter Coyote, Hugh Grant, and Emmanuel Singer. Dolby 2.0 English and Dolby Mono in Spanish. Non-forced Spanish Subtitles. It's widescreen 1.85 and uncut.
It's one of my Favorites, see my sig...
Now I just need to order it, shipping is kinda expensive from DVDGO.com anyone have any other sites that carry it that ship to the rest of the EU?

I noticed that EzyDVD in Australia has El Norte (1983) up for sale. Is 1.33:1 the film's OAR? IMDB info

And after looking around BENSONSWORLD, I saw Wings Of Desire (1987)(Der Himmel über Berlin) available with English subtitles; Outtakes; Deleted Scenes; English Commentary By Wim Wenders; Trailer; Photo Gallery; Wim Wenders Biography. I didn't see either BENSONS or Amazon.uk mention the aspect ratio; but BlackStar says the DVD is widescreen. IMDB lists 1.66:1 as the film's intended ratio, while Anchor Bay (U.K.) lists the DVD's aspect ratio as 1.85:1.

Can anyone give more info on either of these titles?

Does annyone have any idea when Vabank and Vabank II would be released on DVD with English subtitles at least? Both movies are just great Polish comedies but for some reason Polish DVDs do not have any international subtitles at all...
